Founded in 2013, Armstrong Community Outreach Foundation (COF) has made a tremendous impact thanks to the help of members and volunteers in the South Sound Community. The core of our work lies in providing support to youth in non-sanctioned sports while bringing hope to our community.
Armstrong Community Outreach Foundation's mission is to assist low income and unhoused youth to stay active and successful in spite of financial hardship.

WHAT WE SUPPORT
We assist local Low-income, Unhoused Youth to have opportunities to participate in non-sanctioned sports and outdoor activities.

We provide Motor Cycle Training and Safety.

We provide backpacks and shoes to local school districts so the kids who need these items have them available throughout the year.

We make sure youth and elderly are not forgotten on the Holidays.

We do custom orders for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers.
We Deliver locally to the Mason County Area in Washington State.
We can ship bouquets in the U.S,A however shipping cost vary per state and buyer covers all shipping cost
These Wooden Roses are safe for Hospitals, long term care homes,
great for delivering to schools and work places.
